Comments:
Sidekick is your basic multitool but with spring assisted pliers (like it's counterpart Wingman). Sidekick has straight blade and a shorter serrated blade. It has a lousy file/ruler/screwdriver which is either too small or too large (too small for filing, too short for actual ruler and too large for a small flat head), can opener, phillips and larger flat head screw driver a saw and a belt clip. Straight blade and saw are lockable, other tools are not. IF you are right handed, you can easily open the blade one handed, if you are lefty then the saw is your OHT.
The only thing that speaks in favor of this tool (and Wingman) are the spring assisted pliers, but other than that, I'd suggest Rebar over either of these two.
