What a neat little knife! Cheap, but cuts pretty well. Not much good for big tasks, but for general light utility tasks, it is not too bad. I have a few here and there to open a box, scrape off tape, cut a string, that sort of thing. Stays closed until you need it and is light enough to forget you have it on you. Not a bad little knife.

These ratings are reflective of the knives at their given price point.

The Boker Keycom is an interesting EDC knife. It fits a niche for small EDC knives that not many other knives do, having one-hand opening and a pocket clip all in a very compact size.

It can uniquely transition from keychain cary to pocket clip cary and it is very functional in both roles. The pocket clip carries the knife deeply and securely in the pocket. It is easy to extract and open for a quick clean light duty EDC cut. The blade is small but it is shaped effectively.

Even though the handle is small it is designed with enough ergonomics to be comfortable and functional in actual use given its small size.

The frame lock makes it simple and dependable from a mechanical standpoint.

Overall it is a great knife to carry as a light duty EDC knife or a backup knife.
