When I first held this knife at a local store I fell in love. The handle fits in your hand perfectly and the angle on the blade puts the edge right where you want it. Sadly this knife is being discontinued so it will be harder to find now but if you can it is definitely worth it. Dont be bothered by the strange look of the knife once you hold it you will understand.

I bought this on clearance for a fantastic price, as a collector. I doubt I will submit it to heavy use. I love the look of it, and the knife screams "quality" with the handle and liner lock when in your hand. No jimping, like the Barong, on the spine or tang. It looks better without jimping, but practically, the knife would be better served with it for aiding grip for the thumb and forefinger. The knife is slightly smaller than I thought it would be - thought it would be about the size of the Barong before I bought.

This has quickly become one of my favorite edc knives. The ergonomics are perfect, the handle is one of the most comfortable I have experienced and the angle of the blade lines up with your wrist when cutting. It is probably the best slicer I own and great fun to show to people. My only complaint is the liner lock is a bit hard to disengage for me, I would like to see it in a slip joint version. Great knife
