The Becker BK-10 Crewman is a champ when it comes to TACTICAL/SURVIVAL knives.
BLADE- the 5inch blade is made out of 1095HC with a 3/16inch thick spine, and clip point designed tip which is very strong for stabbing and prying. The blade is very strong for batoning, but the BK2 is better designed for chopping and batoning then the BK-10.
HANDLE- the handle is very ergonomic for extended use and chopping, but the thumb ramp doesn't do anything to help and can get in the way.
SHEATH- the nylon sheath is good quality and can hold the BK2 as well.
CONCLUSION- If you are looking for a small version of the BK7 this is your knife. Great for soldiers or general survival tasks. If you are looking for a knife that is great at woods use and camp/bushcraft tasks the BK2 will serve you better.
