This knife really caught my eye when I saw it so I figured I would give it a try. I purchased the tanto combo. After I got it, it did lose the edge pretty quick on it. I sharpened it up pretty good and it has held the edge pretty good ever since. It has a great design and it does take a little getting used to as far as opening it goes. I do find the thumb studs useless and still to this day have not been able to open it using them (always use the flipper on the back). I am not too big a fan of the pocket clip either. It is real narrow and I feel it should be little wider. It does hold the knife in your pocket pretty good though! I also found myself having to tighten up the main pivot screw on the front (the big screw). It comes loose so often, I find it being a chore having to constantly check it. I have heard some people say that it has never come undone on them and I have also heard a lot say that it constantly does also. I guess its a luck of the draw! Overall this is a descent knife but I feel that CRKT could have put some better materials into this knife to ensure that problems such as this one wouldnt happen.

This Knife is perfect as EDC knife! It is Light and handy and opens in a flash! I just broke the tip off the blade and that why I am on here looking for the reviews! I have had this knife for over a year now and haven't had to sharpen the blade. I have read that this knife will not hold an edge long or maybe I don't use mine as much as everyone else. Until I find something better I'm gonna buy me another one!

This is the easiest opening folder that I have ever owned. It also opens very quickly on top of easily. great blade length, comfortable in the hand. 2 complaints: very light weight (it's not necessarily a bad thing) and the fact that it cannot be adapted for left hand use (meaning that the belt clip is fixed on a particular side as to be far more ergonomic to right handed use.)

This knife design really has potential if only the materials were better. The overall shape and dimensions are perfect for EDC. Best features are the slim shape, flipper opening method, and light weight. As mentioned before, the handle is too narrow for filling the hand. A g-10 material would be thicker and grippier. Also, the blade on this is an AUS-4 which is not good for maintaing an edge. Aus-8 should be bare minimum and 154cm or vg-10 would be great. Overall this knife just disappears in the pocket and I carry this the most often.
