Wow I love my subcom. I felt I needed to review it becuase it is surprisingly a very well made knife. No blade wobble at all and is light as a feather while still being as strong as my gerber or spyderco. Highly recommend this knife!

Ok, so I have the all black "tactical" version of this knife, and I got it knowing its a cheap knife, so I didn't have high expectations. I was wrong, this knife is fantastic in nearly every way. Yes, it is very small, but due to the design it is still comfortable and effective in regular edc tasks and as a "better than nothing" self defense. I got this knife for self defense when I find myself in darker and shady areas, I can easily hold it in my hand and it be unseen, and quickly deploy it if need be. The build quality is high, and I would recommend this highly to anyone interested.

I bought this knife off of amazon as I needed a smaller EDC knife that I could use to open boxes and whatnot in the office. The corporate environment that I work in is not the ideal place for me to carry my spyderco so it was necessary to find something small.I really like the knife and It feels great in my hand for how small it actually is, however within the first few weeks it had developed a bit of rust on the blade (which came from the factory quite dull). It was nothing that a little bit of steel wool and some light oil couldn't fix, but it was a bit of a bummer to see it happen so soon after purchase and was unexpected as It had not been used for anything other than opening envelopes and packages... To be honest It really exceeded my expectations for a small knife ~30 bucks, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sub compact style folder with that looks pretty bitchin.

I've worked as a butcher and bouncer for years I also have a back ground in martial arts, hunting and wood working.I have been wearing this small knife on the front right hand side of my belt for months , it is very comfortable and convenient because of its size it goes unnoticed with shirt hang covering it.The sub compact is very thin and very stout with good cutting power as a utility knife its great in a fight its slashing power would be an asset period.
